Danny Kearney has been developing Technical Sales and Marketing Strategies for insulation material manufacturers for over 30 years.

The drive for more energy efficient construction and the development of whole-house performance criteria allowed Danny to become one of the initial batch of Energy Assessors when EPBD was launched in Europe in the mid 90's.

His key function was to develop product innovations with the critical focus of strategic planning for delivering sales. Through creative marketing and team activity planning, the entrepreneurial approach resulted in significant sales growth and the strengthening of brand recognition and reputation.

The drive for sustainable construction sees a change in the mindset of developers, architects and material manufacturers, creating opportunity for commercial expansion through applied technical learning.

Background:

For over 25 years, Moya served as a Company Director at Morrow Communications, where strategic board level responsibilities included building effective teams and managing resources to accommodate profitable growth.

She led a talented team producing a wide range of digital content, including video, animation, podcasts, and e-learning projects.
